Our Strength: Change Management

Thanks to our support, we consistently achieve 100% user adoption of the solution by our clients’ teams.

Phase 1

Project Kick-off

This phase takes place as a meeting whose objectives are to present all stakeholders, the project coordination and arbitration bodies, establish the detailed schedule (based on the timeline proposed in the response), and define the operating procedures for communication between the client and Opase.

Phase 2

Solution Installation

Deploying the OBMS solution in a shared Cloud environment is extremely simple.
Since the platform is not installed within the client’s infrastructure, no IT prerequisites are required. The client therefore benefits from an existing installation that is already proven in daily use.

Phase 3

Project Team Training

This training is designed to help the project team gain a solid understanding of the main features of the OBMS solution. It is intended for the client’s project team and the stakeholders responsible for making strategic decisions regarding the future operation of the client’s processes.

Phase 4

Analysis – Needs

The Opase project manager is responsible for defining with the client the functional needs of the services, the target processes of the organisation, the file formats to be provided by the client to configure the OBMS platform, the integrations to be implemented with the client’s applications, the action plan to be carried out, and the target objectives.

Phase 5

Configuration

Configuring OBMS involves entering data into the main tables: target processes, services and sub-services, users, profiles and roles, suppliers, and if necessary the migration of existing cases or ongoing records.

Phase 6

Acceptance Testing

Under the supervision of an Opase consultant, the client ensures that the configured data complies with the expected specifications. An Opase consultant supports the team responsible for acceptance testing for one day to make adjustments if necessary.

Phase 7

User Training

Users and the functional project manager (client side) are trained by an Opase consultant in a dedicated training environment configured in a pre-production mode. One day is dedicated to “Administrator training”. Training sessions take place at the client’s premises. Workshops tailored to each user profile are also offered.

Phase 8

Go-Live and Support

The Opase consultant assists the project team and users during the go-live phase. The objective is to deepen certain functional aspects, configuration settings, as well as the administration of the OBMS solution. Opase support also remains available without time or quantitative limitations.
