What can be expected in terms of saving ?

	Gains related to improved productivity, earnings on direct purchases, gains related to the improvement of procurement performance.

• Productivity gains are obvious for all. Nevertheless, it remains difficult to measure improvements in productivity, starting with a blank sheet in terms of process streamlining. The figures presented here are of the order of 10% to 30% productivity gain when they choose to go through its process as a platform OBMS
• Direct gains on the sale price is much simpler to measure and depends heavily on the maturity of the organization in place (Framework Agreement already present or not, effective use  and compliance with it, able to work around price grid, degree of involvement in the purchasing department processes ...). Therefore, here, a powerful tool for monitoring and control of all services without exception. The expected gains are around 4% to 8% for organizations fairly mature, much more in less mature organizations.
• Gains for improvement on procurement performance can be much larger. They are the result of the establishment of a procurement strategy based on past data obtained through the OBMS platform. The action plans will be implemented and monitored on a daily basis through various tools and indicators available on the platform. Earnings may exceed 20% of price while improving the quality of projects.
